본 약관은 엘레브라(Elevra, 사업자등록번호: 310-34-01556, 이하 "회사")가 운영하는 웹사이트(goelevra.com) 및 이를 통해 제공하는 비즈니스 영어 코칭 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자(이하 "회원")의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다. These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the website (goelevra.com) and the Business English coaching services (the "Service") operated by Elevra (Business Reg. No. 310-34-01556, the "Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users (the "Member").

본 약관은 회사가 제공하는 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 회원 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다. The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and Members in connection with the use of the Service.

• "서비스"란 회사가 goelevra.com을 통해 제공하는 비즈니스 영어 1:1 코칭, 그룹 코칭, 전화·화상·대면 수업, 학습 자료 및 관련 부가서비스 일체를 말합니다. "Service" means all Business English 1:1 coaching, group coaching, phone/video/in-person lessons, learning materials, and related services provided by the Company via goelevra.com.
• "회원"이란 본 약관에 동의하고 회사와 서비스 이용계약을 체결한 자를 말합니다. "Member" means a person who has agreed to these Terms and entered into a service agreement with the Company.
• "계정"이란 회원 식별과 서비스 이용을 위해 회원이 설정한 이메일(아이디)과 비밀번호를 말합니다. "Account" means the email (ID) and password set by the Member for identification and use of the Service.
• "콘텐츠"란 수업 녹화본, 워크시트, 피드백 리포트, 교안 등 회사가 제공하는 일체의 학습 자료를 말합니다. "Content" means all learning materials provided by the Company, including lesson recordings, worksheets, feedback reports, and lesson plans.

① 본 약관은 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 모든 회원에 대하여 그 효력이 발생합니다. (1) These Terms take effect for all Members who wish to use the Service.

② 회사는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」, 「약관의 규제에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. (2) The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.

① 회원가입은 이용자가 본 약관에 동의하고 회사가 정한 가입 양식에 정보를 기재하여 신청하면, 회사가 이를 승낙함으로써 성립합니다. (1) Membership is established when a user agrees to these Terms, submits the required information, and the Company accepts the application.

② 회원은 가입 시 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 계정 정보의 관리 책임은 회원 본인에게 있습니다. 계정의 도용 또는 부정사용을 인지한 경우 즉시 회사에 통보해야 합니다. (2) Members must provide accurate information and are responsible for managing their account credentials. Any unauthorized use must be reported to the Company immediately.

① 회사는 회원에게 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다. (1) The Company provides the following services to Members:

• 비즈니스 영어 1:1 코칭 (전화·화상·대면) 및 그룹 코칭 Business English 1:1 coaching (phone/video/in-person) and group coaching
• 수업 녹화본, 워크시트, 피드백 리포트 등 학습 콘텐츠 Learning content such as lesson recordings, worksheets, and feedback reports
• 기타 회사가 정하는 부가서비스 Other supplementary services determined by the Company

② 회사는 서비스의 내용, 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 제공하는 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 시 사전에 고지합니다. (2) The Company may modify all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons and will provide advance notice of material changes.

① 회원은 신용카드 단건결제, 신용카드 정기 자동결제(월정액 구독), 휴대폰 결제 등 회사가 제공하는 결제수단을 통해 이용요금을 결제합니다. 결제는 KG파이낸셜(KG모빌리언스)의 전자결제 시스템을 통해 처리됩니다. (1) Members pay fees via payment methods provided by the Company, including single credit card payment, recurring credit card payment (monthly subscription), and mobile payment. Payments are processed through the electronic payment system of KG Financial (KG Mobilians).

② 정기 자동결제(월정액)는 매월 결제일에 등록된 결제수단으로 자동 청구되며, 회원이 해지하기 전까지 갱신됩니다. 다음 회차 결제를 원하지 않는 회원은 결제일 3일 전까지 이메일 또는 카카오(@elevra)로 해지를 신청해야 합니다. (2) Recurring payments (monthly subscription) are automatically charged to the registered payment method on each billing date and renew until cancelled. Members must request cancellation at least 3 days before the billing date via email or KakaoTalk (@elevra).

환불 및 청약철회는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령과 회사의 환불 및 취소 정책에 따릅니다. 상품별 환불 기준, 청약 철회 가능 기간, 환불 절차 등 상세 내용은 아래 페이지에서 확인하실 수 있습니다. Refunds and withdrawals follow applicable laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and the Company's Refund & Cancellation Policy. 회원은 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다. Members must not engage in the following:

• 타인의 정보 도용 또는 허위 정보 등록 Stealing others' information or registering false information
• 회사가 제공한 콘텐츠(녹화본·워크시트·교안 등)의 무단 복제, 배포, 공유 또는 상업적 이용 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sharing, or commercial use of Content (recordings, worksheets, lesson plans, etc.)
• 서비스 운영을 방해하거나 회사·강사·타 회원의 명예를 훼손하는 행위 Disrupting the Service or defaming the Company, instructors, or other Members
• 관련 법령 및 본 약관에서 금지하는 기타 행위 Other acts prohibited by applicable laws and these Terms

• 회사는 관련 법령과 본 약관을 준수하며, 안정적이고 지속적인 서비스 제공을 위해 노력합니다. The Company complies with applicable laws and these Terms and strives to provide stable, continuous service.
• 회사는 회원의 개인정보를 관련 법령 및 개인정보처리방침에 따라 안전하게 보호합니다. The Company protects Members' personal information in accordance with applicable laws and its Privacy Policy.
• 회사는 회원의 정당한 의견이나 불만을 신속하고 성실하게 처리합니다. The Company handles Members' legitimate opinions and complaints promptly and in good faith.

서비스 및 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권 등 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다. 회원은 회사가 제공하는 콘텐츠를 본인의 학습 목적으로만 이용할 수 있으며, 회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 이를 복제·배포·전송·출판·상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다. Intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the Service and Content belong to the Company. Members may use the Content solely for personal learning purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, or commercially exploit it without the Company's prior written consent.

① 회원은 언제든지 이메일 또는 카카오(@elevra)를 통해 서비스 이용계약의 해지(회원 탈퇴)를 신청할 수 있으며, 회사는 관련 법령이 정한 바에 따라 즉시 처리합니다. (1) Members may request termination (withdrawal) of the service agreement at any time via email or KakaoTalk (@elevra), and the Company will process it promptly as required by law.

② 회원이 본 약관 제8조의 의무를 위반하는 경우, 회사는 사전 통보 후 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다. (2) If a Member violates the obligations in Article 8, the Company may restrict the Service or terminate the agreement after prior notice.

① 회사는 천재지변, 통신장애, 회원의 귀책사유 등 회사의 합리적인 통제를 벗어난 사유로 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 그에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다. (1) The Company is not liable for failure to provide the Service due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as force majeure, communication failures, or the Member's fault.

② 회사는 어학 학습 서비스의 특성상 회원 개인의 학습 성과나 특정 시험 점수 등 결과를 보장하지 않습니다. (2) Given the nature of language learning, the Company does not guarantee individual learning outcomes or specific test scores.

회사는 회원의 개인정보를 관련 법령에 따라 보호하며, 수집·이용·보관·파기에 관한 상세 사항은 별도의 개인정보처리방침에서 정합니다. The Company protects Members' personal information in accordance with applicable laws. Details on collection, use, storage, and disposal are set out in a separate Privacy Policy.

[부칙] 본 약관은 2026년 6월 11일부터 시행합니다. [Addendum] These Terms are effective as of June 11, 2026.
